Payment Terms
Payment is due upon purchase. If payment is not received or declined, no solvent traps will be shipped, and the buyer forfeits the item.
Refund/Return Policy
Refunds or returns are available based on valid complaints related to solvent traps. Authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. If you are dissatisfied, please provide a written explanation. Refunds are not granted if the solvent trap matches its description but the buyer is unsatisfied. All sales are final and not subject to refund or dispute. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to payment processing. Once payment has been completed, cancellations are no longer accepted. Returned solvent traps are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
